To be eligible for the Maqsad MBBS scholarships, students must meet the following criteria:
Maqsad will be awarding 20 merit scholarships to the top-scoring students who are enrolled in our Maqsad MDCAT 2024 batches. These scholarships are only applicable for public / government universities in Pakistan and will finance the first year of your MBBS program.
Those eligible students (see eligibility criteria above) who have the highest aggregate scores in the PMDC MDCAT 2024 exam will be awarded these scholarships. (If the exam is reconducted in any province, the reconduct score will be considered). Students will be asked to submit proof of their MDCAT scores and their past educational records.
No, these scholarships are only available to students who are enrolled in Maqsad’s MDCAT batches (for 2024).
No, these scholarships are only for those students who get admission on merit into a government / public university. These scholarships also do not apply to reciprocal seats.

No, Maqsad MBBS scholarships are only applicable for government institutes that consider the PMDC MDCAT for admission (not NUMS MDCAT).
The scholarship will cover admission fee and tuition fee for the first year of your MBBS program.
In the case of a tie, the student who has completed a higher percentage of the Maqsad MDCAT course (on the Maqsad app) will be selected to receive the scholarship.
No, the scholarship is only available to Pakistani nationals who gain admission to a government/public university in Pakistan.
Scholarship winners will be announced two weeks after the PMDC MDCAT 2024 result has been announced for every province.
No, all scholarship decisions made by Maqsad are final and binding. There is no process for appeal.
