Order Pair:
A pair of two real number written in fix order within parenthesis. It represent the position of the point in the cartesian plane.
For Example:
This is defining the point on row and column or the value of is and the value of is
Real life examples:
If there are 5 columns and 3 rows in a class each student of the class will be recognized with a different order pair.
Such as student G has an order pair of because G position is in the second row and second column. as shown in the figure:

The cartesian coordinate system consist of two real number lines
The point of intersection of both the number lines in the cartesian coordinate system is called Origin and denoted as O.
X-axis is the horizontal number line of the cartesian plane.
Y-axis is the vertical number line of the cartesian plane.
