METHODS TO REDUCE FRICTION:
Use of lubricants: Friction can be reduced by applying lubricants (oil or grease) between the parts of machinery or any rough surface.
Use of ball bearings: Friction can be reduced by converting sliding friction into rolling friction or by using ball bearings.
