To Prove: PQ‾∣∣BC‾\overline{PQ}||\overline{BC}PQ​∣∣BC and mPQ‾=12mBC‾m\overline{PQ}=\frac{1}{2}m\overline{BC}mPQ​=21​mBC

Construction: Produce PQ to D such that QD‾≅PQ‾\overline{QD}\cong\overline{PQ}QD​≅PQ​ join D and C.
