How to apply online: MDCAT 2026 registration form
The MDCAT 2026 registration form is filled entirely online at pmdc.gov.pk. No in-person submission is required.
Go to the official PMDC portal at pmdc.gov.pk
Click 'MDCAT Registration 2026' and create a new account with your CNIC / B-Form
Log in and fill in your personal details — name, date of birth, father's name, contact info
Select your province of domicile and preferred test city (you must sit the exam in your province)
Upload all required documents — see checklist below
Pay the registration fee via the designated bank challan or online payment channels
Submit the form and download your acknowledgement slip
Download and print your admit card 2–3 weeks before the exam date

Have all documents scanned and ready before starting your application. The portal times out and you may lose progress.
CNIC or B-Form (original + copy)
Recent passport-sized photograph (white background)
SSC (Matric) certificate and marksheet
HSSC (FSc Pre-Medical) certificate and marksheet
JRC (Juvenile Registration Certificate) — for candidates under 18
New for 2026IBCC equivalence certificate — for A-Level or foreign qualification candidates
Domicile certificate of your province
MDCAT 2026 eligibility criteria
You must meet all of the following criteria to sit MDCAT 2026.
Minimum 60% aggregate in HSSC (FSc Pre-Medical) or equivalent
Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects (plus Physics or Mathematics)
Valid CNIC or B-Form
JRC (Juvenile Registration Certificate) if under 18
New for 2026No age limit — all ages may apply
No attempt limit — you can sit the test multiple times
A-Level / foreign qualifications require an IBCC equivalence certificate
Result-awaiting candidates are eligible to apply
