UET ECAT 2026 — Eligibility & Programs
FSc, A-Level, and DAE students in relevant science subjects are eligible to sit the ECAT. There is no minimum percentage required to appear — but you need 60% (Engineering) or 50% (CS) in FSc to qualify for admission. Appearing in ECAT does not automatically enrol you; you must also apply on apply.uet.edu.pk.
Who can appear
- ✓FSc Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, or equivalent science students
- ✓A-Level candidates — IBCC equivalence required; bring Statement of Entry at test centre
- ✓DAE / B.Tech holders in a relevant technical discipline
- ✓Appearing students (FSc Part II not yet complete) can apply conditionally
